Our Team

Hi, Tracy Moresi-Lorentzen

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#155752) dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can unfold. I believe that each person’s story matters and that therapy can be a powerful tool for navigating life’s challenges, deepening self-awareness, and building more meaningful connections.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate and trauma-informed. I walk alongside my clients as they explore their inner world, untangle difficult emotions, and move toward greater balance and empowerment. I bring warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility to my work, honoring each client’s unique background, values, and strengths.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions, I aim to meet you where you are with empathy and practical tools. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and more connected to your authentic self.

When working with families, couples or individuals, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and strengthen their inner resilience. I understand that experiencing trauma can leave you feeling disconnected — from others, from your sense of safety, and even from yourself. It can feel as though a part of you was lost in the process — the part that once felt joy, trust, confidence, or ease. You might carry shame, confusion, or a deep sense of aloneness that’s hard to put into words. In our work together, I hold space for all of that — the pain, the numbness, the questions, and the hope. I believe that the part of you that feels lost is not gone; it’s still within you, waiting to be seen, heard, and gently invited back into the light. Together, we can begin the process of rediscovering that part — the part that knows how to feel safe, whole, and connected again. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, using somatic awareness, attachment theory, and client-centered practices to support your healing. My intention is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and reclaim a sense of peace, self-trust, and personal meaning. You don’t have to do this alone.
